i am based out of MA I am currently working with a potential partner in MA regarding a commercial apartment building.

We started out driving here from NY, 3 hours, working the properties, using Dunkin Donuts bathrooms and driving home.Now we have this awesome apartment that we love alot.  

However I believe there is an option to upgrade beyond the free service to access this feature. 

If not I will break apart the bid and sub out some of those other jobs.

I doubt they have wills.My concern is who will remove their belongings should they not be able to live in their apartments for several months.  

I'm currently renting an apartment and putting some money away each month in hopes to buy a place of my own when my lease expires in April.

They do this and not CAP rates because they don't have access to all of the necessary expenses to calculate an accurate NOI.
