I completely agree with @Ray Harrell - the BIGGEST difference in the generated revenue for the Airbnb is based solely on location.

For example, Younger generations generally have little use for things like china, heavy furniture and collectibles.

I would advise you to get ready to do all of your lawn maintenance yourself.

Could you advise some RE professional, agent, inspector and property management firm?

My advise is to have someone you pay locally that can check in on rehabs for you and send pictures.  

Make sure your agent has a firm hold on generating off-market deals that align with your personality, preference, reserves, and ability.

@Erica Reiner I'm not sure designers would want to give away taylored advise month after month for that low of a fee, at that price maybe building a general data base that flippers could use as more of a "plug and play" source of advise and have it designer maintained so the content stays current might work.
