Looking for a realtor who works in Columbus, Ohio
I'm an out of state investor looking for a realtor in Columbus Ohio. Any one have any recommendation?

@Account Closed Just a word of caution to vet your agents carefully. There are a lot of agents selling SFR residential property that pretend to be investors. We typically interview to see if it's a good fit for both parties. And never sign an exclusivity agreement with a broker....bad idea. There are a lot of confused agents out there that will steer you down that path. A deal is a deal and it can come from anywhere.
The Columbus market is really moving quickly, so make sure you know where you want to be...both in asset class and location. And as always, sourcing off-market is the way to go. Make sure your agent has a firm hold on generating off-market deals that align with your personality, preference, reserves, and ability.
That said, Columbus is getting expensive very rapidly...but there is still value in the small multifamily market. Best of luck.
