Their own support recommended not to use their platform for this, but to go to the municipalities.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. 

After reviewing the supporting docs, the amount was reduced to $220,000 due to the type of employment of one of the borrowers. 

        - If disputed and applicant sends supporting evidence, perform an "Individualized Assessment" and send a 'final determination letter'

If you were to remove your listing form their platform you'd be doing much less. trust me, i've contemplated removing myself as well due to poor experience with their support but it did not make business sense. roll with the punches.

I already contacted support and was asked if I had any other BP account.

With no corporate support for advertising, marketing, education, etc. ?

You have to study the market and understand what it can support.
