PRO Member - Analyzed Deals/Reports Are Gone

I have a PRO membership and the analyzed deals/reports that I made are now gone. I never delete them but there's not even one left now. Anyone else experienced this? I already contacted support and was asked if I had any other BP account. I don't have another account and communicated it with support team but didn't get a response for a week now.
