Forced appreciation by completely redoing everything in the house. much of the house was stripped to the studs to redo all of the electric, plumbing insulation, layout, walls, ceiling.

Currently, I've got:One basement with a leak and horizontal crack forming on an outer wallOne garage with so much hydrostatic pressure that the cinderblock wall is bowing One basement with water seeping in under the baseboards.Recently repaired/added:A flooded crawlspaceA french drain systemRerouted exit plumbing using a pump to bypass backed up/broken drain pipeAll of these jobs range between $1,000 - $8,000.

Also, since a 95% gas furnace will make water in the winter, consider what happens to an exterior condensate drain - if the outside pipe freezes, it could back up into the furnace or otherwise spill into the house where you don't want it.You can get an electric pump that can be plumbed into the condensate drain line.

The goal is to avoid surprises, understand what challenges may be present, and what impact the results of inspections may have on our future operations of the park.The contractor inspections should always include electrical, plumbing, and septic/sewer (to address the underground infrastructure) but also can include pool, home inspections, asphalt, and more, depending on the park.
