I would like to renovate a completely paid off 2 story row home in North Philadelphia.

I find this a non issues in the areas I focus (north side) as the tenants are great credit/income and its very rare to have an eviction I have personally never seen one and my brokerage manages/leases many units on the north side.

Figuring this gentrification from Indy Heights is going to continue to push north?

Next to Chevelle, Fury and BarracudaBirdville- The locals hate that name - Canary Rd, Dove Road, Blue Bird Road Kings, Old Kings and New Kings intersect in multiple places  Strato Road, Strato Road North, Strato Road West and Strato Place.  

I have family that lives up in western Illinois, so it maybe makes sense to invest in a SFR as we travel through STL fairly often.

Here in North Carolina, the STR ban was lifted last week so hopefully it will get lifted in other spots of the country too. 

All on the Outer Banks of North Carolina which is a great regional drive to destination with a long established history of short term rentals as tourism is our main income producer for our communities with “relaxed “ STR rules and regulations.

Areas that not only are turning over, but are also opportunity zones, offering great tax savings down the road.There are a few good areas for multi’s up in north county too.
