Renovating Old Row Home In Philadelphia Estimate
I would like to renovate a completely paid off 2 story row home in North Philadelphia. Currently it has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath.
We would like to combine the bathroom and middle room to create a bigger bathroom and 1 closet for each of the front and back bedrooms. The back room currently does not have a closet and the front room has a tiny closet. Essentially leaving the second floor with just 2 beds, 1 bath.
The first floor, I would like to take down some pop-up walls that makes the living room, dining room, and kitchen oddly shaped and have a result of a rectangular open concept. The kitchen will need to be completely renovated.
Basement will need to have the asbestos removed and the extra pipes that lead nowhere or do anything. We do not want the basement finished but it will be low costs for walls, windows and flooring, then we could be interest. We will need to have a new gas furnace and water heater. Currently, the house does not have hot water.
We will be interested in learning more about new electric rewiring, HVAC, exterior painting, and backyard renovations.
