I have been searching BP and the internet for this basic question and have come up empty.I found a distressed seller that wants to sell now what?? 

I was looking around on the Internet when I saw this site and thought I would ask.

I have been digging around the internet and haven't had much luck finding anything because I'm assuming they're uncommon roles, but I know they're out there.Thanks so much!

I know reviews are biased as people generally take to the internet when only when they had a bad experience, and those who had positive experiences don't feel the need to say anything, etc. 

I understand the difference of having one or not but the question is, can I still have partners on a deal who I can go in with, neither of us being affiliated with an investment LLC?

"a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate" in Pasadena, MD.The only way to know for sure is for you to sit down with that broker, go through the interview/pitch/show&tell thing they got for you, then ask those questions.With that said, because my broker ,Champion Realty, is an affiliate of the Brokerage you're interested in "Berkshire Hathaway", my assumption is that they would operate somewhat similarly, so I think my opinion might be valid.

Please do not take this as mean as in my 25+ years on the business I have seen too much buyer's remorseful  as real estate pics on the Internet are taken to show the house at its best and not its worst
