What do you bring to a meeting with distressed home owners??
I have been searching BP and the internet for this basic question and have come up empty.
I found a distressed seller that wants to sell now what?? Do you bring contracts to the meeting if so where do you get them from?

You need to bring a purchase and sell agreement with you. You usually have to write them up yourself and get a lawyer to look at them to make sure they are legit or ask around. Some people do give them out. Hope that helps
