So if a family member got ill, and you are the only person who can take care of them, then that sounds reasonable.Now, if those 2 items make it so you cannot get a 2nd FHA loan then you will need to move back in to the property, have proof that you are occupying it (utility bills or bank statements type of thing) and you normally pledge to live there for 12 months with a conventional loan.

However, there are plenty of pockets that are good rentals with workforce type tenants.sorry, I ment NOT TO. the agents and PM's , when i asked them about the north , told me its a street by street, or "pockets"but when I did my research with Huntsville RESIDENTS, they all talked about staying away from the north (they didnt refered to zip codes, but I guess they ment 35810.one young agent I met here was optimistic about the north, ill send him this thread and ask him to join the discussion
