I'll look into Credit Report rules to see if they will allow me to run credit reports on someone else's behalf.As far as CA is concerned, that @Sarnen Steinbarth linked to, I read through it, i didn't see anything that would make me believe that screening tenants on their behalf would be in violation of real estate broker code.
