Not sure why you cannot build anymore on the land, but if you could I would add a additional dwelling unit or add bedrooms/baths.If you cannot do that, I would do RV parking/storage/boat parking/car parking etc.

Above that sits an addition which was originally in the design I suppose for storage.

They also have wine storage and a shared work space like we work.Hope this helps.Regards

This is a great building with lots of value add options - many of the units are rented below market value, there is opportunity to build out storage and meter out utilities.

I'm going to the auction next week and I see a great deal with storage facility.

Buying storage facilities or graveyard property might work for some while vacation rentals and notes might work for others.
