@Brandon Hardy  I have used http://www.greatschools.org/ they have a search feature where you enter the zipcode of the property you are evaluating and it gives you a list of school and their rating on a 1-10 scale.

It also has some powerful features that are not available with SDIRA, which I discuss in one of my latest BP Blog post HERE (in case you wish to learn more).

If there are programs and/or features you're planning to use, it's best to determine how and if they work with the platform of choice.

I'm not sure anyone here will give you "legal advice" but utilize the search feature to the top right and you'll find a plethora of info regarding whether or not to form an LLC etc. 

Just about every imaginable way can be found there.And I suggest you use the search feature first to find answers before asking a question that has been the most frequently asked!
