Very generally speaking, those that chased the STR pot of gold and recently jumped in, have brought STR inventories to the point that they exceed demand.

Yet she can cook when the "stove" feels like working and she has 3 kids.

The previous owner developed a drug problem, went to jail a few times and in her absence her business partners cooked meth, busted out doors and windows, homeless folks slept in it and so on.

It really was my 'piss or get off the pot' move.Good property management helps a lot...I'm fortunate at the moment to have that now.

They said It turns on and produces some heat but not enough to actually cook anything.
