I'm sure some people will go "social distance" in an oceanfront condo, sipping coffee on the balcony -- but don't yet know the % of people that is. :)

Realtors know a lot people and often they trade "shop talk" and excuse themselves.

Anyplace else is a gamble and having cash if it gets much worse would make you feel like you're shopping for deals at the dollar store.  

I closed on my new shop, office and rental just before this whole covid19. during the quarantine I've done a ton of work at my shop & rental since as a plumber I do not need to work unless it's an emergency for a existing customer, I've basically done everything myself. 

I have been reading REI books, researching, listening to podcasts, and window shopping.

They all travel in one truck, three stand together with the flagman (coffee in hand) & several are directing the HE operator where to place the plastic culvert???
