So of course I kicked them out of the house.Now, the electrician called me and said he wants me to call the city to check all his works just in case if I hired someone else to finish it and fire hazard happens, I will blame him for causing it.

I want the neighbors to voice their concerns and show them how the design evolves with their input. 

So, what I have concern with- that hopefully someone in the vicinity of the issue can aid me.

Seems like the agent may be more concerned with getting a larger commission than giving you a fair price and a chance to show your perspective with the seller.

My main concern with that is tenant quality.

My only concern is that I make very little money since I spend most of my time in university.

I would also advise contacting mobile home companies within your state and ask their opinion regarding any other concerns you have.

The location is nice, but a new development was going to cause homes to appreciate rapidly.

This wording is what is of major concern.
