Hello,I am curious what strategies and areas people are looking into and investing in for 2025 in Colorado?

I know many people have done it this way,  but two major parts I am concerned about are 1) how do you handle all the paperwork such as W2's, 1099's business records, etc. without meeting in person?

While I could kick myself now, I view it as an invaluable experience because it put me on the receiving end of a close and gave me direct insight into why people sell homes to investors.
