Question his competency and have a witness as to him executing contracts, like a notary.

I don't doubt their accusation of drug use are real, but I have no proof and I only hear about it when I ask about past due rent.

I am at my wits end.

Beyond this I was accused of wanting a "Free Home." 

Plus Deed witness is grandfather and notary.

I am not an attorney, but I have served as expert witness in over a billion dollars worth of default cases.

@Frank Casi You can't really accuse MemphisInvest of using "voo doo math" if the numbers they are showing you are lower than what you expect.

Now the seller, since the deal didn't work out, is accusing me of practicing without a license.

So I feel comfortable around the real estate and building/remodeling game, but am learning the foreclosure market/process.I did go witness a trustee sale last week and will try and go this week as well, actually walking through looking at a couple of properties and seeing what I might be willing to pay....maybe it will give me a feel for working through the numbers and seeing where the crowd actually values the property vs. myself.Anyway...would like to hook up with anyone in the Springs area sometime that might be willing to talk shop.Thanks!
