We wanted to look at some sample ags to get a better jist of what kind of items are important to us.interested for links to any state maintenance agreements/outlines, we want to see a wide range since no one has all the gotcha's covered. 

The pro tenant anti land owner ideology of California, Portland and the like is being widely rejected by the rest of the USA.

However, if any of the lots are under 3 acres in size, the regulations state that there must be a 30' wide access/utility easement, and no more than 4 parcels may share an easement.

I see a lot of both kinds of deals and frankly am an advocate of both as long as you go in with eyes wide open.

When you're looking for possible 1031 replacement options, remember that you have a very wide net of potential assets to reinvest in. 

Alo, I feel like its widely known Legal Zoom and like kind companies are discount options.

If they were widely available anywhere near what price point you want; millions of experienced investors who scan for this 24 hours a day would be there long before you.

The price range for multi-family could be so wide.

It can vary widely based on just the local area.
