Hi, I'm managing a warehouse with multiple tenants who are freight companies and share the loading docks on site.

I've put my toes into the real estate water and I love the temperature.

We, the associates of home depot have access to a program called "your other warehouse" YOW for short.

When I spoke with 2 of the 4 tenants they said maintaining temperatures in the unit was not a problem. 

Lots of marked down items stored in a large warehouse. 

I know nothing about retail, warehouse or storage. 

While I didn't quit "working," I am now all in.I recently joined a highly respected Commercial Real Estate Debt & Equity boutique firm where I am brokering commercial real estate loans for Retail, Office, Industrial/Warehouse, NNN, Medical, Mixed Use, Multifamily, Development, etc.I'm so excited to finally be in with both feet.  

If this fails open all the time, you will get no heat.If you have electronic controls, there is probably a much smaller temperature sensor (like a tiny bead of epoxy on the end of two tiny wires), and the control board turns the heat on and off, probably using a relay. 

Office warehouse?

My warehouse has an old boiler with a similarly placed pilot.
