I am targeting Cincinnati, OH as potential first market because I grew up not far from there and have at least some connections.

I would make it a goal to spend at least 2 hrs per day here - read all of the posts, then go search for topics that interest you.

I noticed some of the reviewers mentioned how the area is up and coming so if the area is questionable that might be contributing to this.

I read the permitting process and it seems somewhat strict.
