A few items in the kitchen and bath...maybe something on the mantle...all tastefully done....it can be very effective. 

It would be more of a negative than positive to long term tenants as they have their own furniture & might not like your taste.

Not all of the guests will re-book with you and the ones who do will be annoyed and come into the property the first day with a bad taste in their mouth about the property.

If you do this make sure you approve the carpet, you don't want something very taste specific. 

There were little tacky things everywhere, collecting dust and not really my taste.

It is a frustration for many agents....showing 5-6 houses and 4 are on showingtime and therefore super easy to make appointment and get information for showing, schedule route, get directions, etc...and then you get to the two that make you go back and forth and round and round for the info....so you start out with a bad taste for many agents.MLS allows 36 pictures....we don't have a lot of magic stats for MLS and who hits what and why, but the 1 thing we do know is more pictures do get more hits.   

These are renters not buyers; sure they have tastes too but they don't care half as much as you think they do. 

So close to being done I can taste it.
