Obviously, you can't let them skip that step - it's not uncommon for people who would fail the screening, to try and avoid it by claiming they couldn't get the website to work or some such.

As the saying goes, money talks. in the floor plan, its a 4 bedroom 2 bath. one of the bathrooms is located in the master bedroom(not uncommon for most houses), leaving the obvious issue that the other three individuals would have to share a bathroom in the house.  

I live in an older city, so it is not uncommon for landlords to be responsible for heat and water (read gas bill and water bill).
