Most mortgage companies will not call loan due if payments are current but you do run that risk and need to be prepared to payoff or refi at a moments notice.

Does anyone know what this is called or a company that does this?? 

We also do zoom calls and workshops 4-5 times a month, and offer different programs for both beginner and experienced investors.   

I personally feel it's very intrusive to call someone like this, but maybe it's considered acceptable?

Comments like "this area has nothing else like this" and "it just flows so perfectly from room to room" confirm that following what the house called, not what the area called, worked! 

You should have received a warranty upon completion and I would call them and send them these pics.

I called the firm, setup an appointment to go over fees and forms.

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!
