So a total newbie here, I've done zero deals but am looking to cut my teeth in real estate and looking to make this a career move.

I could give up and find a place to rent but sacrifice my ability to save and move forward with my dreams, or I could grit my teeth and allow my pain to push me. so in that moment i decided in the fall in milwaukee, to live in my car and bear it out while i saved with my fiance. 

I think it was a great way to cut my teeth.

Plus I'd like to cut my teeth on a deal or two before asking for the trust of other investors.

As easy as this sounds, it's not simple and usually like pulling teeth.

Guess forgot to say give them 3 coats of the white enamel paintgoing to have to cover and tape off all areas close that can get misted.  

Though the numbers suck I thought I could gain experience and cut my teeth on something.
