Create columns for Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip and then contact info: Last Contact, Relationship, Status, Email & Phone.IMPORTANT: do NOT ask people for THEIR business, ask for referrals!

(California has strict tenant laws and we will not consider a booking without one).Currently there is only street parking for the unit, which we have theorized may be a filter cutting us out of many potential bookings.

True off market requires work by driving, street view, calls, mailers or other ways of finding true off market. 

Perhaps lack of enforcement could turn neighborhoods into "party streets"?

Saw them on my security cam poking around, turning on outside faucets, and checking the street meter. 

The property appears to have been recently renovated, with a new roof installed in 2020, and the exterior was recently painted according to Google Street View.

The inevitable WALL STREET GREED will be back and “in general” the Real Estate “market” will move much, much, higher.

Just be aware cash cow on one street may not be one on the next.
