If you can find ways to streamline your processes, offload some tasks onto trusted team members, and work smarter, you will free up more time for rest and for some occasional fun.

To really grow and streamline all this whats the best way to really scale and get very organized?

Syndications, real estate, stocks, bonds, Crypto?

@Anthony Testino Perhaps there is opportunity to use crypto assets as collateral / getting crypto backed loans - however, fees high and the usual caveats about crypto etc etc but you usually do not have to sell your crypto to borrowCompanies already doing this/or serving as lending platforms :  SALT, Unchained Capital ,BlockFi

I live in Atl and I'm struggling to find many lenders that offer FHA 203(k) loans, non streamline.

My current hurdle has been trying to put myself out there more and start networking to make the right connections so that I can streamline my process and be able to offer quality and honesty to any of my future clients.Anyways, I started watching Bigger Pockets on YouTube and have been spending my extra time lately reading more of their books and articles. 

Best execution is probably to close with a closer that'll get it done, and FHA Streamline Refinance with a FHA Streamline call center cubicle sweatshop in six months.

It is not very complex at all to set up and manage, very streamlined.

One work around is to use an FHA 203k streamline, which several of my clients are doing now in Berwyn, one of my target markets.
