It shouldn't cost you but that insurance company will want blood from someone and they are relentless.

You seem to be like me as all the reading and studying has got your blood pumping, but I am new to the whole wholesaling aspect of the RE side.

I can't speak to their coverage for buy and hold, but I do think that for every service - Insurance, Title, Contractors that you should get a new quote from fresh blood every few years.
