I'm a travel nurse and have been sending applications via email.  

Should she do that under a LLC or a trust if she intends to pass those properties to my sister and I should something happen to her?

Hi there,I'm selling a single family home in upstate NY (owned by an LLC that is in turn owned by myself and my sister). 

Suggest treating the areas and possibly installing sister boards to firm up the beams.

We know the area pretty well and have a couple of friends in various medical fields that always talk about traveling medical professionals.

New Hampshire would be much easier to start with as a it is very drivable and they have winter and summer travel seasons.

Arbitrage was a better model when there was stimulus money and revenge travel going on.

But honestly we want to spend more time traveling out of the country the next 2 years. 

Most importantly, is this worth not only $800.00, but is it worth my time to travel to this conference?

We have issues our tenant airbnb our place behind our back in the past, also going out of town for months on end and renting her place out while she travels, so this feels like one of those situations.
