I would be excited to attend an REI on the Big Isle as my sister is in Pahoa.  

I am moving out with my sisters in the next few months and I'm torn between trying to buy a house or renting one.

The cost to replace will depend on whether those are still structurally sound enough to sister in new joists ( basic labor job plus lumber ) or if they are crumbling and need to be removed to be replaced ( major job, skilled labor, temporary supports, remove and replace ).

Hello question my sister owns a home that she just has sitting there.

Then I teamed up with my 2 brothers and sister and we purchase 7 buildings with a total of 200 rental units and a vacation home in Palm Bay, Fl.
