As an example, I'm a long-term, delayed gratification guy, therefore I went for a buy-fix-hold strategy (BRRRR where possible). 

It's not something that I'd necessarily recommend, and he does not absolutely have to, but he's all in on delaying gratification and thinking long term. 

I also think that people today are always looking for instant gratification.

In the last Congress, a bill (H.R. 6500) was introduced by Representative Jerry Nadler (D-NY) to amend the Fair Housing Act to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity, source of income or marital status.
