I continue to wonder why Fair Housing has a provision for ESA which are not trained, certified service animals.

Airbnb came out with a new co-host option where you could get paid for your services to assist owners by selecting % of rents...maybe have him pay you 99.9%?

Still can be very beneficial for a new investor but personally I think not as good as a service as they had with their exclusive listings where they had inspections already done, rent rolls available, and you can complete the entire offer/acceptance via their platform rather than being handed off to an agent.

There is no Due on Sale Police, the loan is serviced by a Servicer who is paid just a few dollars per month to service the loan.

Also 4th quarter of last year Packwood and county officially did discuss potentially regulating STR's by either limiting numbers or adding a tax to cover increases in local services that are needed. 

I use a loan servicer who processes the borrowers payment and then sends to me.

We don't allow any "deal-making" in the forums, which includes advertising your services or properties, looking for partners, etc.

Has anyone used RABBU to market their short term rental for sale to potential buyers?  If so how did it go?
