Right now when I do lease signings tenants sign and date each page of the property condition report, then I take it home, scan it and email it to them, asking them to reply that they received it.

lets see no money down interest only... well that was a go to product in 04 to 06 it was called pic a payment.you get get neg am or interest only or fully amortized you picked the payment. you could do no doc just needed decent credit.. first and second  etc etc.. those loans no longer exist and for very good reason.

You will waste more time than its even worth putting pics up on gosection8.com, if you don't have boots on the ground helping with tenant placement, and the paperwork will never get processed correctly or will take a much longer time if you don't have a person that knows people in the voucher office.
