My classmates at Rice Jones School of Business and I are working on a project to study real estate transaction costs and researching the problems For-Sale-By-Owners (FSOB) face.Our goal is to enhance the FSBO experience and discover solutions that maximize equity captured during the sale.If anyone has sold their home FSBO, we would love to do a 10-minute interview.

Tenants were bringing in bags of rice, storing trash on the balconies etc & I believe he was still fighting them a couple of years later when he gave up & sold the place.

@Diana DorantesHaving a hard time finding good deals definitely sounds about right with an overall shortage of housing especially in Columbus which is crazy right now as @Marc Rice stated making it more competitive and leading to most properties flying off the shelf like hot cakes.

In fact, it's the townhome I rent right now in the Rice Military area.
