I wouldn't really look at these as an outright investment, but more of a retirement spot that you can try to generate some revenue from in the mean time.

Collecting rents is super easy and the bookkeeping features allow me to track all revenue & expenses for each property in a manner that makes filing my taxes at the end of year very easy.

Hi @Nitin Gove,I use QuickBooks for bookkeeping and generating monthly financials (Revenues, expenses, etc.).

You can call from it, sms, rvm, hook up to fb, see google ad account, fb ad accounts, build a funnel, have a website, make a membership page, it has a pipeline for your deals, you can have multiple pipelines for different revenue sources if you like, add multiple users with different phone numbers, each person can have their own vm, there is an app you can call and text from as well.

I've never owned there, but any time I dug into it, it appeared to me that the prices were too close to Smokies prices without Smokies level returns.  80% of the Smokies pricing, 50% of the Smokies revenue. 

Perhaps what you're looking for regarding your current property is more of a bookkeeping platform so you can see where your expenses and revenue are coming from and going to.

Insurance is something to look into as stated but the increase in revenue will be tremendously higher in AL with a pool for STR compared to none.
