I did finally receive an email from a student testimonial who possibly now lives out of country and is living the dream retirement.

I'm working on acquiring a former Adult Care Home from a retired couple, and I'm doing research ahead of a conversation with them about owner financing, which they are open to.

My kids won't always be little and needing so much and maybe I'll even get to retire early with the income these houses make.

I did find a gutted house for $27k I think I can use this for a house hack and off load some of my maintenance expense for one of my Subcontractors who wants to come to Georgia to retire.

Also, an income stream is something that is likely to appeal especially to folks approaching (or already in) retirement.  

Neither one of us wants to retire this early, just the ability to find something we both really downright love and if that means taking a pay cut we want the means to be able to do that and not have it affect our lives too much. 4.

They like the idea of owning this property as a rental and then eventually having it for a family member to retire in since it is one story and in eye shot of their current home.
