For someone who is doing so well in the business, it is refreshing to see you dedicate your time to helping others. 

I think the Japanese economic disaster is something we need to study as we're likely to be dealing with many similar issues.

I'm trying to follow a loose criteria of: 1 only buying things that I would be personally willing to live in, 2. in areas that I'd be willing to live in, 3. dont need too much money to have  a nice refresh so they look more up to date 4. are close to my home so I can keep an eye on them, and maintain them as needed. 5.

I have to say it is refreshing to hear everyone agreeing to pay a valuable guy a living wage rather than nickel and diming.

I also like that I have the books still so I can go look up something if I ever have to refresh myself on some obscure subject like dower estates or littoral rights :)

@Amberle Farthing is it refreshing to hear of a closing attorney who knows how to conduct double closings and agents that appreciate the work of wholesalers .

Just to cover cost of Meet-Up room and refreshments or if held in rear meeting room of restaurant, I usually order something again to help cover cost(s) and another Meet-Up tomorrow in Roseville.

We've refreshed or remodeled most of our primary residence, almost all of which was done ourselves on a limited budget.

The positive vibe over here is really refreshing, I'm sure thats part of the reason you moved your stuff to the States.
