I am looking for a repeatable process to be able to recruit, verify, persuade and add these people as investors on a regular basis.

I have similar sales experience and the are trying to recruit me.. after doing some research it seems like I could do this on my own if I wanted but they are saying I can make up to 150-200K a year working for them finding houses and they provide leads.

Would we contact a "moderator" who would recruit to assign us an additional member?
