My name is Sean Webb and I'm 28 years old and I currently work for ATT, and have absolutely zero experience in Real estate, other than BP podcast lol 👌🏻...but I am I very interested in REI, because as of lately I have come across an opportunity to do some new construction builds on raw land that my family has owned for about 2 decades now.

Does anyone know of land (preferably raw/unutilized) in North Central MA, Western MA or Southern New Hampshire that is rent-to-own or for sale that can turn into a rent-to-own agreement and that can be zoned for residential and/or commercial (preferably BOTH) use?

What you get here for the 'cost of living,' is a raw deal today.

I plan on securing my first land to build this summer and would like to hear anyone experience on doing it whether it is a tear down and rebuild, or securing raw land and re zone it or already rezoned land and build townhouse, semis or detached..I personally would like to start small.

sounds to me like this park should be valued only based upon the raw land value.

There are data services that mine the vital info out of the notices and deliver the raw data, which we then integrate into our structure.
