You can use Quickbooks and have an account for each LLC (best quality/ease of use software, but most expensive) or WaveApps.As for CC it is somewhat personal decision.

Of course you have your own guys, so that saves you a lot in labor, as I’m assuming you’re getting decent quality for good prices paying them direct.
