I too would be curious to hear more about the movie night idea.

Also, there is industry all around Athens including a Pepsi plant and caterpillar plant ( meaning there are blue-collar workers moving here and they either buy or rent) and because of the movie business boom in Atlanta we are getting a lot of people moving back to Athens because they are being priced out of homes closer to Atlanta.

Im ambitious like to read and love watching movies this is my first time here i am pretty new to the site and would like to know if there is any material on here that i may use to help me in my investing career.

I've seen too many horror movies and know what's going to be coming next and to be honest,  I'm just not down with that :)

I use Windows Movie Maker for editing but after finishing you have to convert to another format.How does it sound on your speakers?

I just watched The Big Short movie, highly recommended if you want a glimpse of how those rascals operate.

These are my lessons:We rent our home furnished to a lot of movie productions and corporate rentals.  

This way you'll think "Damn...he may have something on me" and you'll just send him his money.keep in mind nothing is serious as long as its not a criminal act any threats of this nature are just laughable and some one is watching to much Hollywood TV / Movies.. real world simply does not work like that. now folks can try to take a poke at you on Social media.. there is some weird site about rating real estate agents in Oregon and some one I have no clue who it is .. posted something negative about me..
