Although we are seeing some push from tenant organizations in Madison and some extent also in Milwaukee, we are generally considered one of the most landlord-friendly States in the US. 

Are you great at organizing and maybe you'd be a good fit at a mortgage brokerage?

Assuming these are legitimate offices, this seems like a good size organization.

I've learned and have grown, this gig is not for the weak. 

It might not be a permanent solution however it does keep things organized for a temporary amount of time, if needed.

The more people that find us organically the more <5-star experiences hit the site.

Would love to know where you are finding an individual to help with this.That duty of course would be on top of the typical tasks of helping make calls and fill the pipeline, and organize/set meetings etc. 

But especially in ODC's case as they have so much going on and have grown so quickly that who's in charge of what exactly isn't always clear and systems/quality control not always well established.

If they’ve been around for a while, the club organizers or others in the room will know them.
