Total one hundred % scam    BP parabas is a French bank.. your money goes off shore and say good bydeal with someone local that you can verify through title company as a known lender.

99% of those you find on line saying they are private lenders are private off shore scammers.. your money is gone.

I have read about offshore lenders.

with all of these folks off shore I would say 99.9% of them are Nigerian scammers. and they are targeting you  a beginner who knows no better.. but your rational and intelligent so you can see that this seems a little too easy right.... send a few e mails and they promise you a 2 million dollar loan at 2% you just need to buy this Bond in Thailand to secure the repayment its just 5k for the bond etc etc.

another thing you should look at is the relaibility of all thos e blue collar jobs that pay the rent. is the big employer about to move labor off shore or go robotic??

Delaware created it to prevent people from moving money offshore -- it is that strong.
