Also, I would never buy in a blue state, if you are going to own a mhp you need to have the laws on your side as an owner.

Bunk beds can be nice in cabin/lake/ocean areas.

This is a good start for where I buy real estate.I know this is meant to be somewhat of a joke but states that lean blue tend to be much less landlord friendly.

We are a popular vacation rental spot due to our 4 seasons, winter activities, cool summer weather, small-town feel, and proximity to the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Now they do it for their home goods XDToilet paper, toothpaste, bread.. you name it.Pretty sure many blue state's humanitarian law didn't help the situation.Also the insurance in ghetto went up like never. 

It was explained to the client when they hired the lawyer .  20 emails in a day could be an hour or 2 .When hiring anyone that provides a service ( white collar or blue collar ), they are billing you to cover all their business expenses and make a profit . 

Probably a good time for a blue skies option.

The locations, amenties and are what attract guests, we don't have mountains or oceans to look at, so being in a resort is key.
