After each one I'd get a 3 second voicemail and I could tell by the back ground music or chatter on the voicemail they were spanish speaking.As an experiment, I went for about 3 days and answered my phone when it rang instead of going to voicemail.

I also do not like the fact that sellers are placed "on hold" with music while the calls are slowing cycling through to the live operators.I have resorted to using a good old fashion live person I have hired myself to answering the calls and hiring / training them myself.

You can face the music like the rest of the US as a renter or locked in with a fixed pmt as the dollar slowly slides into oblivion.

I read here somewhere that it's in the same category as loud music (even if before curfew), but not sure.

The noise is from movement in the unit, not music, partying, etc.
