Think carefully for a moment, as a employee everything has been done for you, you just have to do what you're job description is.

@Rebekah Bloom it's still pretty vague in your description. 1) What does your property currently rent for (market rent). 2) What did your previous hired PMC charge? 

Side note: I couldn't fit this into each chart's description but I would like to say 1) Many of highest ranking counties based on rent/purchase price (1% (or 2%) rule) are false positives because there is not enough demand; these would be low population/ frontier counties.

When talking with staff / residents / others on the properties we operate, I typically say I am the manager of the company that owns XYZ proprerty and that is, in fact, the most correct description.

There should be a description of the unit giving boundaries.  

The ideas above work great, and you can also copy some reviews into the description.

The seller had stated in the property description that they were doing a 1031 exchange so we knew they were motivated.
