The school had limited resources, we really were only taught basic Algebra, basic geometry, biology, US History and English (I never was required to write an essay).

My MBA education which was a ton of business case studies and other courses has definitely helped me problem solve a bunch of different issues you run into while investing.

Got my MBA out at Pepperdine out there and then decided to move to Austin. 

My husband cut way back on work last year in order to focus on finishing his MBA (graduated Jan 2020). 

I personally got my degree in Finance and later a MBA.

I work full-time in finance for a software company and I'm also working on an MBA part-time (any Trojans out there?). 

But i have seen agents to have  MBA's or PHDs  use that to self promote and i think that is cool as well.

My personal education includes being an avid listener to the BP podcasts, analyzing properties on the market, reading real estate-related materials, and working on an MBA with a concentration in real estate.

Appreciation projections for 2021 are optimistic as well, with NAR and Zelman at the top forecasting 6%, and MBA conservatively anticipating 2%.
