Hey, I'm living out in California but is going to wholesale Memphis,TN property,  my question is, what title company should I use out in san Diego,Ca  and where can I get legitimate wholesale purchase agreement contracts?

I have begun to build a buyers list and feel that I have accumulated a few legitimate Cash Buyers, so I could strengthen both my relationship with fellow wholesalers as well as my cash buyers by sending out other wholesalers deals. 

If you are legitimately looking to purchase properties, then find a good realtor to help you.

You should ask for a copy of the vendor's invoice so you can see if the charge is legitimate.  

We want to move into the unit with a lease that expires a year from now for a couple of legitimate reasons.

The intent of a Quiet Title action is Not to remove legitimate holders from title.....it is for errors, fraud, verifications of other legal processes (tax sales, etc.). 

I think you are missing the major first step: determine if the complaint is legitimate! 

@Steffi Wood Yes it is a legitimate website.

I'm not entirely sure the product continues to be developed given their asset tracking still says "coming in 2017" but the site continues to operate so I'm going to reach out to the company to see where things are at and whether there's legitimate concern over the product shutting down. 

It would also buy you some time to line up legitimate private financing from other sources if the seller does not want to finance it over a long period.
