Facebook, Craigslist, door knocking, direct mail, cold calling, are a few ways to market.Also, to answer your question "Generally how many times do you market postcards to the same list?"

Some knock and try to gain access/talk to the person being foreclosed on.

I went down to the base and talked to the location assistance office to see if they would pass out my cards to new members coming in or leaving and they told me i could join the wall and pointed over at a wall with flyers and business cards all over it.. there must have been like 50 different realtors pinned to the wall.. so i went down the store and bought a 25 card holder and attached it to the wall and filled it with my cards, about 2 weeks ago i was on base seeing a friend who lives on base in the base housing and decided to knock a few doors to offer assistance in maybe moving off base in the future and the MP's came after about 15 minutes of me knocking doors to let me know the base has strict policies against it... 

These folks have done a ton of deals and to me, is a less risky proposition than learning on the fly at the school of hard knocks.  

My vision was to knock the buildings down and build something new.

It's only a matter of time before the school of hard knocks teaches you about the laws and regulations here in Colorado.

You may be in a situation where you can fix and flip so you can make some money to knock down the loans (especially credit card and auto you are very close there).The less liabilities you have the better.  

I may be able to give you some ideas on how to find the great deals and how to have your 7 figure boys knocking on your door.

You need to network with similar minded and consider the court house steps and actually knocking on doors.
